I often call into waurn ponds officewoks for supplies and printing. On each occasion I leave feeling very impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff are. Today I was supper impressed with how helpful the print staff were and the very friendly service from Leanne at the checkout. I actually commented "This is the friendliest Officeworks in Australia.

Once again took box to counter and item is not in stock. This is the 3rd time its happened. Would prefer there to be no box on shelf so i dont waste my time. Always seems to be if item is on sale too so i have to buy more expensive one. Should change motto from "low prices every day" to no stock every time.

A Tinkers Purpose

Office works has lost so much business, due to their “country” delivery charge being 25 minimum. How we count as country when we are only 20 minutes from a store is strange. This store itself is clean, always stocked, young staff are always friendly. Elder staff are seemingly unhappy. Online shopping major disappointment, instore not so bad... but who wants to shop instore these days really..
