Attempted to return a brand new TV still in the box , with plastic wrap still attached to glass that the screen is broken , Manager was rude, not interested in inspecting b4 commenting, said malicious damage and not covered, and would not listen. There is nothing in the warranty that relates to breakage , l understand l have had for 2 months as it was gifted and l had no antena, but had never been out of box, and as he pointed out there was no damage to the box, the least l would expect is that he opened and inspected b4 rejecting my claim. Will be taking this further. Would not recommend this shop never had very good service, staff are uninterested if you are not tech savvy.

Ordered a phone via click and collect , website said in stock. Invoice came through and said it would be ready for collection the following day. Waited until following day and did not receive any further notifications from the store - checked the "track your order" which advised still being prepared but also read that would be ready on that date. Rather than drive the 20 minutes to the store I figured I would call to confirm with the store. I tried on and off for 5 hours. Automated telephone service and then the desired extension rings and rings - on one of the occasions I hung up after 7 minutes. I waited until the " not so busy" time and still they can't answer the phone. Really poor service - I could have got the phone elsewhere but thought I would be a loyal customer to Officeworks. Once bitten twice shy - NEVER AGAIN - still don't have a phone and don't know where it's at!

Just a note to thank Matt for his wonderful services in the printing department. He went above and beyond and I very much appreciated his kindness. Thank you again Matt!!!

I would like to thank Ty in the printing department at Officeworks Tuggerah for his assistance in helping me get photos done for my son's Memorial Service. Ty went above and beyond what would be expected, he made a sad time brighter for me, a grieving mother, by ensuring the products provided were perfect. Ty, thank you, you are a wonderful man and a great employee! The service from other staff members was also great.

Really poor customer service every time I go in there, especially at the printing counter. You can stand in line for at least 30 minutes and if you encounter a problem with the self service printing the staff seem to go out of their way to avoid you. I have stood directly at the counter for at least 20 minutes without them even making eye contact with me. The communication is very poor and they are dismissive. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I called to Officeworks Tuggerah today to purchase a computer. I finally got the attention of a store worker who bluntly told me nearly all computers had been sold and there were only 4 types left - names in the signs on the shelves. He then walked away to ‘help’ someone else! The signs said very little and the computers were nowhere to be seen. When I called the same fellow back I asked if I could look at a possible chosen computer. I was told ‘no’ I couldn’t see it but he could answer my questions. I then told him I would purchase a computer worth 1500 sight unseen. I was disgusted at the fellows attitude and the way the store expected to sell their products. I have no intention of ever going back to that store again and will tell my friends and colleagues about my experience. NOT IMPRESSED!
