I went in buy a mouse and off course the model I wanted had been opened by another customer, and it was the last one left. Nonetheless I was still happy to purchase the item. I was served by Julia who went above and beyond my expectations. She ensured I could return the item if it was faulty (thankfully wasn’t) and after checking with her manager provided me with a ten percent discount due to the open packaging. I work very close to the store and frequently visit and can hands down say this was the best experience I have ever had. Thanks again Julia for your help!

Most terrible experience. I purchased a monitor which had no display. I asked staff (Oscar) if I could return this if I don't like resolution and he said yes you can as long as it's in 30 days. Fast forward week, I went back in store to return it but I was rudely told by the manager that read our policy online that it needs to be unopened and not opened. Clearly they promote you to buy online and not in store as there were no signs of their returns policy near checkout. Manager was super rude and just kept showing me door to walk away

All self serving printing stations - touch screens don't work. Printing was slow staff walk around talking to each other with no customers waiting. Over an hour and 30min getting simple A4 B&W documents printed.

The 2 new staff members that helped me find what I needed were great! The manager/senior member that we needed to help process the purchase was confrontational and looked to have made the other staff members uncomfortable along with myself when trying to process my order. Will actively avoid this store.

Like most office works this place was clean, staff are up in your face (in a good way) and I needed something from the top of the shelf and it took a bit long but they got it down. Just another well managed OW

Called for information about color laser printing stock. The lady who answers the call was helpful. Later, I asked for more information, and they called another guy. He gave me wrong information about shop stocking, which made me uber to the shop to buy only to find out the one I was looking for is out of stock. My question was “what are my color laser options for the moment”. He said “only these two,” pointing out two machines, one of which is actually a black-and-white laser printer . It felt as if he had either been hangover or had lost someone close. I am just thinking when I just came to this country as a Chinese emigrant three years ago I really had a hard time applying for such basic jobs whereas he isn’t even appreciating his position of this legal, fair payment and not-so-tiring job. All together his bad work ethic costed me 50-60 dollars and 2 hours on the weekday. In this multicultural society where moral standard varies from here to there, professional work ethic is the basic thing that keeps the society together. Hence, as a human being, maintaining these basic responsibility is very important to other people. I mean you would want the same from others. Probably should make a bun of Office-works-sucks T-shirt. I bet they would be sold fast.

Manager came out rudely berating me about wanting to pick up a click and collect order before the allocated time but I had kindly asked the staff before placing the order and they had said it was all ok, that's why I placed it and was waiting patiently outside. No need for this bad treatment really.
