If you are ordering products online, Be prepared to go there multiple times even after getting a mail confirming the product is ready for collection . Staff have limited knowledge about how to use their own system and have no clue how to check if the product have actually arrived in the store or not. I am putting this review after 2x bad experience. Provide more training to staff or upgrade to a better software for inventory tracking. Unhelpful staff. Zero for customer service

Worst Staff Ever wish I got your names! But I’ll be back today to get those name tags.! All I wanted was some different material type of printing Paper. I asked THREE DIFFERENT people and all THREE of them told me “yeah sure I can help you, the paper is just down of there”. “Yeah it’s just down the aisle and you’ll see a bunch” “Yeah just over there towards the end” Just bloody show me where the item I’m looking for is!! So I can come in an out! I don’t need to spend more than 20-30 mins looking for some paper!!!!!. Also please let me know who I can drop my CV to because I’m 100% sure I can do a better job than all your staff combined. Before starting my own thing (my application a year so was refused without any explanation) even after being fully qualified, experienced, skilled and educated.

Waited in line for 15 minutes for a simple pick up. Three people came in after I was at the front of the queue, they were ordering new prints. They prioritised them before me, and when I finally got served, it took two seconds to hand me my order. Wasted 15 minutes because they just didn't care or didn't want to serve me, not even a "sorry for the wait". What a waste of time, when I was in a hurry

I used the klarna app to pay for a product and was not aloud to take my purchase home, i could ntacted klarna and office works does accept klarna so do not waste your time and dignity with them. The manager there is unprofessional and clearly thinks he is above all others.

Worst service. No one is there to serve the customer. Everyone is busy in their own work. Waited there for one hour in the queue and they just served two people.

Not sure if it's an Officeworks online or Cannington issue, but I bought a phone online with PayPal using the pay in 21 days. Meantime, I received the order but returned it to this store in-person got a refund, however the 21 day charge still came out so I was out the money after all. Officeworks never solved the issue, so took the item and the money. Should have escelated it further to PayPal before the 180 days ran out, but going elsewhere and recommending others to do the same will be more rewarding.
