What a surreal situation! I walk onto the lot looking at a quad. Old guy comes out and gives the prices of the crossfire rover for 2200 or the crossfire x2 for 3500 I’m deciding between (so in other words I’m spending a couple of thousand bucks) then his phone rings. He just answers it and then walks off... I wait a minute... wait a few more... nope. He’s gone. Seriously WTF??? Perhaps I should have called in advance to ask what time during their opening hours it would suit them for providing a few minutes of service. I’m heading to a dealer in Brisbane as these guys are rubbish.

Best customer service and product support I have every received. John and the family team are excellent. Got my pit bike fixed , first time visiting odes and was blown away with the team here. so much, my wife purchased her first every dirt bike from here last week and my new one is coming soon. Odes have everything you need. Keep up the great work Odes.
