We purchased our Barrier Reef pool in just enough time for installation before Summer & Christmas. Our pool is exceptional. Design and quality is impeccable with nothing coming close to The Barrier Reef Pool standard. Perfect for large families and those would love to entertain in our perfect Western Australian climate

David was great at taking us through the pools and the options available. The only slight let down was the council building license documentation and submission. If they did these another slightly more professional way that would guarantee faster approvals and less stress for all parties involved. This was the only reason it wasn't 5 stars!
Not only were Barrier Reef professional in their dealings with us from inception to installation-they had a fantastic product that allowed us to enjoy the pool and spa all year around! We would highly recommend the Resort range hands down

Went into view pools Feb 14th 2021: chose a pool and dimensions with female sales consultant advising her of our suburb.(Safety Bay). Went back 21st Feb to sign up, this time saw a gruff and curt male sales consultant who told us they neither service our area nor do they carry the pool we wanted any longer, and told us to go to the Mandurah office if we needed anything more, he would not answer any further questions, turned his back on us and went to deal with another customer. Rude, condescending and ill informed customer service.
Cant get a response from BRP, Admin email address not recognised, I responded to an email that an employee sent me but it comes back unrecognised. Email them via an email that I found on the website, came back unrecognised!!! Does anyone have an email address!! Wouldn't surprise me if they blocked me - so many problems with after service and damaged pool!!!
