10 stars from us in Lake coogee Amazing service from start to finish with Stewart and his team. They are such a hard working team. I cannot thank you guys enough!! Our garden looks so amazing now. Thank you again! I also used grass I had purchased from 5 years prior from turf direct which I moved to the front and made the back larger. There was definitely no shrinking and no fading. That's with two large German shepherds and many cats. Highly recommend to everyone

I wouldn’t be using these guys. Had grass installed a few years back and it shrunk. When I contacted them because it was in warranty they told me it was everything but the grass. They told me my driveway, paths and curbing had shrunk not the grass. Which s crazy as I can see the road base we’re the grass was and the shrinkage has pulled the pins out. My brother used these guys and is having the same problems. Highly recommend you get someone else. Thanks for the reply. You asked for photos so I have put on the same ones i sent you and it looks like around 30mm not 8mm as you say and it is around the whole lawn being around 30mm at the worst point. The front and back are not from the same batch as the front is Iris 20 and the back is Summer 30 which has also shrunk just not as much. As for ACCC the case has not been closed. We have been advised that we do have a case but we are still deciding if we want to take it further and go to court.

Amazing service very nice a friendly! I got my front and backyard installed by them around 2 years ago and so far there are absolutely no faults in the grass what so ever!
