Ros and I were very happy with Chris Schumann and RT Edgar. Chris was honest with our faults and was on hand every step of the way. He even participated with styling for photos and display. An offer was achieved in about 2 weeks after the first home open, and further negotiations improved the original offer significantly. We recently purchased a property in Wallington and I want to congratulate and also recommend Teresa and Chris for their efforts with this purchase. Right from the beginning of our association with RT Edgar Real Estate Ocean Grove office, Chris knew exactly what it was we were looking for, kept us in the picture when new properties came onto the market and then handed over to his colleague Teresa (during his leave). Teresa was just brilliant, making the whole process open and transparent and no pressure! They are both friendly, helpful and willing to offer advice and support. If we were to sell or buy again, we would not hesitate to use their services.
RT Edgar seems to employ illiterate people to delivery their real estate material. I have a sign on my letter box that clearly states no 'Junk Mail' and 'No Real Estate Material' and they keep putting their brochures in my box. When I complained in January 2018, they told me it wouldn't happen again. And then, last week, more junk mail. I wrote them an email to ask to please stop doing this because it's a security issue as I am not often at that house. No reply. Ignored me. Very unprofessional of them. To RT Edger: please instruct your people than when we have a sign that clearly states 'No Real Estate Material', that includes you. This kind of attitude has a negative reflection of your company. In this day and age of reviews and social networking, you'd think they would work harder on doing the right thing.
Great service from these guys, always willing to follow up with a call and very professional and easy to deal with.
l am very disappointed with this real estate RT Edgar Ocean Grove, l rang them today wanting to schedule an appointment and they where very rude, l had rang them all day and left messages and email no response, l would never use this real estate to sell my house or buy a house from them!!!!
