Absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the Medi pro osteo chair. I use it twice a day and my husband and daughter enjoy it too. Very quick delivery and excellent over the phone service. Pricey but well worth it.
Great customer service, Ben was very helpful both when buying chair and after delivery when I had a couple of issues. The chair is OK, thought it would do hamstrings better, but only does very top near glutes. Also wish the calf part had rollers, rather than just air bags. The A303 Chiro chair is good for back and neck, great for feet, not so good for hamstrings. Delivery was within a week, so that was great too.

I ordered the Medi Pro Chiro Massage Chair after a few informative conversations with Ben and Kylie. Great people to deal with and an amazing chair! 3 people in our house use it every day for different areas ranging from sore feet, lower back to shoulders and neck issues. Highly recommended !
Great customer service, it was great being able to talk to Ben before purchasing our Medi Pro Chiro 4D. Highly recommend this chair, we had previously purchased another chair which stopped working after 3 weeks from another online company. We were very sceptical about buying another chair without trying first but with Ben's help and being able to deal with someone in Australia it made our desicion easy. We use our chair everyday and find it beneficial and relaxing.
Everyone at relaxation station was so good at answering all my questions The service they have provided has been excellent. Ben recommended an installation company who also turned out to be excellent also. I was very hesitant and spent many months reviewing different chairs and companies, but this was definitely the best value for money around .
