Just tried your coconut and vanilla pancakes -for one!And just as well-so delicious and so easy- would not have wanted less than 2 large! I didnt even need the blueberries and maple syrup so flavoursome were they. I bought the pack in Bendigo’s ‘Providore’ but as I waited for the fluffy fare to cook I read back of the pack and see you are based in Ocean Grove!I live in Barwon Heads! Fabulous-will share around for Christmas presents
