Thank you Luke, Ben, Jason and Jarett for an absolutely amazing introduction to the world of kite boarding. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a massive smile and a welcoming atmosphere. We walked in because it was something I always wanted to try. Ben was so knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on everything. His casuel yet enthusiastic energy sold us both brand new set ups and we had our first lessons the same day!! I have now finished my Zero to Hero package and am so thankful to Ocean Addicts for such an amazing experience. Tony and Hollie xx xx

So I ordered a board, but was called up to say that one wasn't in stock and could a slightly larger one be sent instead? Ok. 3/4 days shipping. A week later, nothing. Then the board was in the warehouse - easy mistake to make? A week later still nothing. Now the board isn't in the shop or warehouse, it's in a shipping container off Sydney port. I ask for a refund. I'm offered a free board bag when it arrives. Call up on the day due to the shop - still not there, but will be shipped as soon as arrives. Call up 4 days later - get given a tracking number - board hasn't left the QLD. A few days later the board arrives - delivery was about to dump it on front lawn - hadn't even knocked. In the box there isn't a board bag. Ocean Addicts refuse to answer phone. So I waited 4 weeks for a board I wanted within a week. I didn't even get the size I wanted and it didn't come with the incentive for me to hang on. Moral of the story. Only buy something you can actually see.
