A hurried messy job. The guy wanted to knock off early on Friday instead of doing the job properly. I ended up having to clean the screen up before i could leave the premises. Unfortunately, I've got another chip needing to be looked at and now I see O'Briens buying the whole Covid B.S nonsense forcing you to make an appointment and making their staff to wear masks, etc. I bet management haven't done any legal investigation about the proof of the claims being made by the lying government, media and health organisations. Here's a tip - Know Your Rights Group on the net might help. Not looking forward to using them again during the madness of this ruse.

Fantastic service. Had a windscreen replacement (2 months ago) and a repair yesterday. Did a perfect job on my Mustang and I could not believe how good the repair was - virtually hiding the cracks. Service expert was friendly, on time and did a perfect job! Also ran perfectly via insurance. Thanks guys!!

Suffering from quite a large crack, I recently had my screen replaced at O'Brien North Parra. The quality of service was great. I felt informed throughout the experience, with clear communication right from the beginning. No fault of OB NP, my wipers were playing up on collecting the car. I noted the issue with OB and the boys at the shop were happy to swap-out the faulty wipers for new ones. Everything is now working perfectly. Cheer guys.
