Amazing, unique designs.
We visited Oblica with the view to purchase a new fireplace. The range there was overwhelming. We decided on the EMOTION - SLOW COMBUSTION WOOD HEATER. It looks amazing and pumps out a huge amount of heat. Simon has been incredibly helpful with our after care service and has gone above and beyond to make sure the heater was installed well and we were happy with the product.
We purchased an Ove (egg shaped) wood burner and it is fantastic. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience dealing with these guys and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a wood burner or anything else for that matter. Bought a Stuv 30 compact in 2019, one of the many awesome models that Oblica has. When a year later (last month) things turned a bit sour after realizing (during sweeping process) that the tradie who did the installation had clearly cut some corners, Simon and the team were quick to react and took care of everything - within less than 48 hours, a team of experts had replaced the chimney and secured it the way it should have been. Kudos to Oblica for their reactivity, service, and products.
Purchased a White version Bathcafocus fireplace from Oblica. We had a small drama with our first lit that ended up damaged the white surface. So I contacted Oblica. Oblica has assisted to rectify and repair the damage. Very impressed with its service. Raphael has been very helpful and friednly with the service. Good retailer and highly recommended.
