The bricklayers Alan and John are definitely an assist to your company, it was a pleasure to talk to them and they certainly know what they are doing. These guys are amazing to deal with again. Adding to my first review below as we engaged Accent for the 2nd time to replace all our Timber windows (16 in totals) with double glazed Aluminium windows. Aziz as always was a pleasure to deal with again. He came out and helped us decide on the style of windows to go for and came back with a very competitive quote once again. Majid our installer came out to measure - he was very experienced and we knew we were in good hands. There were no delays with the installation. Majid, his dad Saeed and Jaffer worked tirelessly to complete the job in 2 days. They were polite and friendly while being professional and very efficient at the same time. Great care was taken and they were very respectful of our home, cleaning up before they left each day. We could not be happier with the product as well as the service received. First review (job completed Dec 2018) Used this company referred by a friend recently and we were very impressed by them. Aziz came out on time to give us a very competitive quote for sliding doors and windows for our outdoor area. He was very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us some great suggestions which we took on board. He put us at ease right from the start. The job was completed on time with no issues. Quality of the product and workmanship was top shelf. Installation was done efficiently by Nasser (not sure if i got his name correctly). Overall great experience and we highly recommend this company. Even the after sales service handled by Dean, Saeed and Aziz was excellent.
