I would highly recommend Fast Glass 24/7. We called at 7pm on a wet night after a window broke. The emergency response was wonderful. George organised someone (Matt) to be there asap to board up & make safe as it was too rainy & wet to repair at that time. He did a great job under difficult conditions. We were so grateful. George then came to repair as soon as weather allowed. It was not a straight forward window and George did a wonderful job. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful (and patient with all my questions!). Really appreciated the work & are very glad that we called Fast Glass. Big thumbs up.

Outstanding service by Fast Glass. Very professional, on time and exceptional customer service. My living room glass shattered and I needed this fixed ASAP. I Googled and found Fast Glass. Right from our first contact on the phone, we knew we were dealing with professionals and felt re-assured. We discussed and agreed the replacement cost upfront - which we thought was very reasonable. George from Fast Glass arrived on time and fixed our broken glass in no time with a higher quality glass. George was very friendly and professional. I contacted Fast Glass for fixing up my shattered glass door. George called me up soon after my initial inquiry and helped determine the type of glass, the costs and my options. He also helped me decide whether to claim insurance or not. Very knowledgeable and great service.
Very happy with the work of George and his team. I like George am very details focused. Having supplied several photo's of each window for replacement showing access and human footing to each window allowed them to quote remotely. Others wanted to come and visit. We had no interest in several people attending site to quote in current times. In total they replaced 5 windows in our 60's original timber frames without coming inside. Most impressively they were able to retain the original timber panelling which made the touch up paint job very simple. No reservations to recommend. Thanks team!
If you’re reading this and wondering if you should contract Fast Glass for a repair, please read this review before you do! You should know before you get in touch with them that George is the most professional, prompt, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable tradesperson I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I had a window needing a really troublesome repair (second floor of an apartment building) and I tried getting quotes from other glaziers but they were all unable to do the job and I thought I’d never manage to get it fixed, especially right before Christmas. George’s response was “I love tricky jobs!” and he and Nigel worked so fast and were so thorough, I can’t thank them enough. I could not possibly recommend George more strongly, I only wish he did other jobs like plumbing and electrical as well since any other service now suffers by contrast. Save yourself the time of looking anywhere else!
