Hi there my names Pritika ive called this hotel to book a room..and skell or estelle on the phones has been playing around not putting the order of a room for me she just ends up hanging up on me i tried calling off other phone and she wont even answer so my review is gonna be non-satisfied customer I don't even feel like calling or let alone going to the hotel based on crappy receptionist who cant put a simple booking through
