I haven't been here since all the restrictions were happening. However, today I decided why not grab a pretzel. I ordered my usual cheesey Vegemite pretzel and waited....Even though there was a bit of a wait (as there was only one person working) it was worth the wait... the pretzel was so good... it was warm and the cheesey was crispy... it really hit the spot... I will definitely be visiting again often. Thank you
Hear me out, I love pretzels... and it’s a tough time for all businesses so I thought I’d give this place a shot. Bought their ham and cheese pretzel for a third of the cost of my groceries and wish I didn’t. Staff were rude and disinterested. The pretzel was bland, overcooked and barely had any cheese on it. Waste of money and won’t be coming back again.

Terrible customer service served by the older man with dark skin. I went to the marion store today with my nine year old brother and my boyfriend. We ordered two pretzels which we were told we had to wait for one of them as it was being baked. After waiting 15 minutes we were handed one pretzel. I asked the man with dark skin if I could grab the second pretzel we paid for and he insisted he had given it to us. I showed the man the ONE pretzel we had received and that I had paid for two but he continue to say he had already given us the two. This man was extremely rude in the way he spoke in front on my little brother and we most certainly wont be returning again.

Had the pepperoni pretzel weeks ago and have been craving it ever since and I was blown away by the flavour!!,and the lady behind the counter was very kind she asked if I wanted garlic and extra cheese on top of my pretzel the only thing that put me off was the price 10 for a pretzel I thought was bit to much but other than that it was pretty dope!!!
Rudeness to the maximum!! The owner/manager clearly lacks in customer service. Do not waste your money at this business. In all fairness, we purchased 4 pretzels, Pepperoni, plain cheese, salted caramel and cinnamon. 3 of the pretzels tasted delicious but stay away from the 'salted caramel'. In my opinion it is disgusting with the salt being way too overpowering that I couldn't eat it. I went back to tell the owner/manager that the pretzel didn't taste right and asked if I could exchange it for a different pretzel. She flat out refused and was extremely rude. Being that we spent close to 40 and that I carefully choose my words and was polite (I believe in treating people how I'd like to be treated) didn't even matter to her. Don't waste your money on poor service people! Spend your money elsewhere!
