I was absolutely thrilled with the pliable attention this young doctor graced me with. Very pleased. He was fantastic and such a good sense of humour.although very focused and knowledgeable. And also showed himself to be a good human. His mother should be very proud.

This medical practice has really taken care of me & my concerns. The front of house staff are very positive & respectful which is very refreshing, especially considering they are dealing with a difficult time in local conditions.I would recommend Ochre to all my friends or to anyone new to the area.

All of the staff there are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ben Vogelzang is absolutely brilliant I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr Crump is just rude and arrogant. Would advise against seeing him if you want a more compassionate and understanding doctor. Wait time for a standard appointment can take up to 2 weeks.

I've seen a few of the doctors there and they are all wonderful! I've taken my new born there also and they are very accommodating to her needs. Appointments are normally available when they suit you, the only criticism i have is the price of appointment

The doctor, if he may be so called, decided that a person showing with symptoms of severe dizziness and reporting a fall, is told that (a) she is pregnant, and that having your period and no sexual contact for 2 years is not a reason not to be; (b) is refused examination (despite telling the doctor that she has very low blood pressure and that this could be related, and after persistence by the patient is found to be 100/65) and (c) is prescribed medication for something totally unrelated, then told it is none of her business how this medication would affect her (despite the fact that the said "doctor" knows she will have to drive home). The "doctor" did not even pull his stethoscope, let alone checks if there is an ear infection. Patient ends in hospital an hour after being seen. This is so incompetent, I am withdrawing my file from the service and will ensure every other medical practitioner in my group of friends hears the name of this "doctor" loud and clear. A compliant to the AMA is coming, too.

I have been going to Wyalla Medical Centre for over 12 months now and it is with a sad heart that I say good bye to Doctor Alana Johnson. Dr Johnson has helped me and shown genuine concern for my health issues she is caring compassionate and defiantly understanding . She saw things no one else has seen or bothered to see, she is a truely caring professional . Good bye Alana and I wish you all the very best and thank you....
