Toowoomba shops were stripped of an electrical item I desperately needed. Bonus 1: Bi-Rite Oakey had it in stock. Bonus 2: It was on sale & I could pay by card over the phone. Bonus 3: They offered to deliver it to my door for free, the same day since they were coming this way anyway. Bonus 4: They were REALLY nice, friendly and happy to help.
