Terrible company to deal with. Tele-sales wine as a great deal for the same price that it sells for everywhere else. Communication terrible and service very poor.

Let's rewind the clock a few years between 2016 and 2018. I served this wine in my restaurant. After selling up and not wanting any more to do with it I remembered how much my customers and I enjoyed this wine. I was very happy that Oak road Estate still carried the label. Perfect wine to drink and forget the things you want to, but never the wine

Do not make the mistake I did - and order from this group. The wine is ordinary for the price , and after ordering you will be harassed regularly from random phone numbers (which are constantly changing so you can't block them all), asking if you want more ordinary wine. They do not appear to respond to complaints or to requests to be taken off their call list. Could even be worth getting a new phone number........ so, just DON'T DO IT!

I made the mistake of buying a couple of cases from them and then the absolutely relentless salesman pursuit and spamming began. Lost my business and *still* they come and come and come (from a new mobile no. each time - gets right round blocking...).

I was really excited to receive my hand selected red and white mixed case, the wines I've had so far smell and taste great. First off I wasn't sure which wine to choose on there website, my friend who got me onto Oak Road Estate said "just call them there the experts" and I'm glad I did. Thanks guys, cheers.

EDIT / UPDATE: I would recommend anyone else who has trouble with this company's marketing team to contact their state's Office of Fair Trading or Consumer Protection Watchdog (or equivalent). I managed to get Queensland Office of Fair trading to contact the vendor and have me removed from their call list. It is early days, but here's hoping it worked... Original / complete review below... This is a ZERO star rating... These guys will not leave you alone. I ordered some wine ONCE about 5 years ago, did not find the value worth it... For the past 3 years now I have been asking them to stop phoning me, they phone me at least twice a fortnight to this day. Do NOT recommend!

Never ordered a bottle of wine from them, somehow they managed to get my number and keep spamming/harassing me. (and i am EXTREMELY CAREFUL as to who i give my mobile number to) Avoid companies that use this dodgy practice. Given the low level this company stoops to, i wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews here where actually fake/paid - especially given pretty much ALL of there positive reviews at the time of writing are only 1-2 reviews... its a dodgy AF company. (they need positive reviews to balance out all the negative ones, and what company gets this many good reviews, normally!)
