Where to start, to keep it short and to the point... If it states that an item is in stock on their website, don't believe it. It still might be at the supplier and take anywhere from weeks to months to arrive (in my case 2.5 months wait). And not only that, no one had any decency to follow up and let me know, I had to call a few times until someone could give me an answer. After a long wait, the item I've ordered arrived, only to have a defect and not fit according to measurements. After calling 2 times, and speaking to 2 different people, to try and organise an exchange, nothing happened. Only promises they will sort it out, and organise a new pair to be posted with included pre-paid postage to return the original item. After 4 month of waiting in total, and no one getting back to me at all I had to use the original item (piece of clothes) as I had planned trip to go to, and really needed it. Now over 6 months in total waiting, spending my money, and still not having what I paid for, I called the store again... Now speaking to a different person, and explaining the above, I pretty much got blamed for not returning the item when I received it. No sorry, no acknowledgment of what they've done wrong, 0 customer service, and wrong advertisement.... and, the guy still hangs up on me! Stay away!
