Steph is amazing, very approachable, kind so friendly and was there from any questions I had to any meltdown with all covid had to offer she was there every step of the way! Rob and i couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They go above and beyond to make everything perfect, from capturing all the the special things you wouldn't even think of, to helping with my dress we are so greatful! The team at NYC are exceptional on all fronts, they made our special day perfect and the videography captured just that! From our first consultation to reviewing our video the team were all supportive, helpful, dedicated and able to personalise our experience to ensure we were able to capture our most important moments. The team were extremely professional and thorough in explaining packages in the early stages, being involved in how the day would run as well as going above and beyond in helping us connect with other vendors within the wedding industry. During the very height of Covid, nyc were the most unprofessional, unreasonable people I have dealt with, making the ordeal of having to reschedule my wedding worse then it needed to be. Elie as a business owner would not even talk to us or offer us any comfort and reassurance, we were forced to deal with an assistant who knew very little. They insisted on requesting more money to reschedule despite the circumstances and despite the fact we had already paid over 80% of our invoice. They were happy Taking people’s money and not delivering any service. I will never and would never do business with you or recommend you as I find you to be a dishonourable person and a dishonest business
