Our bathroom and kitchen has been totally transformed. We had several quotes and used Nuspace because Mark was the only person that came up with a fantastic design that was modern, classy and areasonably priced. Mark was very professional and made the whole experience easy. He personally inspected all the work carried out during the whole process. Would highly recommend Nuspace to friends and family.
I required 4 different jobs at two residences, involving two special bathrooms for disabled people, one complete kitchen and one replacement of a tiled floor and matching tiles, and a structural change to a load bearing wall to a double story building requiring engineer approval. Mark took care of all the details and did an excellent job, the unit managers praised the workmanship and wished the other 100 units looked like this. My quality of life change has greatly improved and at all times the workers took care to ensure that access to the house was not blocked for wheelchair access. Highly recommend.
I can highly recommend Nuspace after they performed an extensive renovation on my unit. The renovation included work on two bathrooms and a kitchen as well as some structural work. The workmanship is excellent. Mark, Adele and their team were very easy to work with. You can tell they have a lot of experience and knowledge which means they can convert your half-baked ideas into practical plans. They are respectful of your wishes while keeping your plans realistic. They work with you to keep your plans in budget without sacrificing the quality of the work. In regards to the renovation itself, they worked in a timely manner and without any drama with good communication during the renovation period. They can organise all the trade work (plumbing, electrical etc) so you don't have to worry about all that organisation and stress. The results surpassed my expectations. I would renovate with them again and have already recommended them to family and friends.
Mark and and team renovated 4 bathrooms and 2 walk in wardrobes at my home. The whole process (massive task !!) ran smoothly with each member of his team playing their integral part in making the end design come to fruition. Get the WOW!!! Factor! Recently we had our nineteen eighties style house totally renovated by Nuspace homes! What Mark, Adele and All their team did for our tired older home is absolutely amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the workmanship! It now has the WOW!!! factor! I cannot express our sincere gratitude enough as our home is now truly beautiful and a credit to Mark and the entire team at Nuspace homes! We are so delighted with every detail they bestowed upon it! Adele and Mark were absolutely fantastic from the initial enquiry I made online to refit our laundry (with very limited details for Adele to go off) and Adele responded very quickly with a drawing and proposal of layout etc then answered a million of my questions and rearranged the plan accordingly providing options for us to decide on, even designing a custom cabinet to house our cat’s litter robot. Adele then opened the showroom for us on a Saturday to ensure we could attend and pick out finishes. Mark was then on site multiple times checking measurements and ensuring everything went well. He oversaw the entire project and all trades in my home. He was very accommodating and finished our entire laundry refit in one day to an outstanding finish. The finished product is exactly what we were hoping for and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using Nuspace again for some future projects. I have already recommended Nuspace to friends and family.
