Very disappointed. We are in the market for a vehicle in the next few weeks and are paying cash. We walked into the new car yard and open vehicle doors and browsed for a considerable period of time mid afternoon. Staff saw us and prefered to watch TV on their showroom and literally ignored us. Competitive market! Etheridge Ford where outstanding and immediately came out and assisted us.

First time round dealing with Rob was fantastic, felt excited to buy a car, however Got rejected for financing so had to wait a couple months. Second time round dealt with Blake, no where near as excited. Extremely disappointed and mislead. We had spoken over the phone about making a deposit to land a car by the end of March. After saying I wasn’t comfortable depositing over the phone, I said I’d come in when we both could (3 days later) to be fronted with a arrival date in July. (Courtesy call that the car was sold would’ve been nice) After saying several times no to Nicole I’m still getting phone calls about extras that I’m not interested in Had I got the car first time round, I’d have made a completely different review. Unfortunately this time has left me feeling used and less excited

I recently purchased a toyota kluger. Although the process could have been completed in less time , the service was enjoyable . We also enjoyed a very nice free coffee and sandwiches. But most of all I cannot thank Mario enough He is the nicest car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
