Reception staff were lovely and Toby was patient and helpful. Their assistance meant I saved money and time getting a car key replaced. I bought my car from another dealer a long time ago but the Nunawading staff were still happy to spend the time giving me the information I needed to have the missing key replaced - even though they weren’t making money from me. Thank you guys.

Hello This Is Lokin Dalwadi Due to my Hyundai car backlight problem, I visit Hyundai Nunawading. I pass my key to service provider. After half and hour one lady come from office to fixed my problem. She drive the car and while taking reversing made a big scratch on my car and I was there. Still I am approaching that please come out and please look that you collapse my car with wall. But she didn’t stop the car and go forward directly into the workshop. After that she talk to me like I didn’t do that and she’s not taking responsibility as well. I talk with other service member still no one taking responsibility. It’s very bad experience from the Hyundai Nunawading. There is no cctv camera as well.
