Warning. Warning!!!! We booked this property since March 2018 for the period 22nd Dec to 3rd Jan 2018 to spend Xmas and New Year with our family who were also visiting Albany. We then get a message from the owner last week (august) the house is ‘now not available’! We have since messaged the owner for a better explanation but no reply. I guess telling us he had a better offer would be difficult. Paid a deposit up front which we thought would gaurantee it. I guess I was wrong. Spoilt our Xmas/ New year plans. Be very careful. The Deposit means nothing.
