Very poor service. We paid for a rail service for 4 passengers and got put onto s bus. When we arrived despite staff simply standing around we weren't able to board. Many passengers lined up for a long time while the busses fumigated everyone. Staff are extremely rude and don't know what they are doing. A coach in no way replaces a train comfort wise and tickets should be heavily discounted. If you cannot deliver a service don't offer it.

Train on time but menu inaccurate and staff rude. A bag is not espresso.

Being an interstate visitor it was tricky to understand the different train systems and ticketing. The staff were hopeless at explaining how ticketing works. The actual train services were prompt and clean though.

Great people travel on xpt 8 times Sydney to Melbourne, Sydney to brisbane, cassino to newcastle, trains a little noisy need a bit of maintenance a lot of squeaking noises no good when you are trying to sleep on the overnighter

Came on two occasions, first time the man was rude and did not understand the validity of a concession card although clearly stated on their website. Upon second visitation the lady was knowledgable, kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job!

Best way to travel cheap Melbourne to Sydney or Brisbane very cheap and satisfying. went on this train a few times during the Australian Asian Cup in 2015 best time of my life! The seats are comfortable and the staff are nice downside to this is It's a 11-18hr train rideon a trains are super slow compared to the Eurostar, the UK railway transport, the Korean KTX or the Japanese Shinkansin need to upgrade trains to compare to super fast transportation worldwide.
