They have basic pet supplies. More aimed at Cat and Dog owners, although they do have some fish and fish related products, (just not a large range). There is also a limited reptile supply section along with a small bird area. Staff are nice and as helpful as they can be. Can also join their loyalty program, (give them your phone number). This will get you a small discount on your purchases.

This place is pretty average. Staff are ok but prices are a bit expensive too. It's an ok pet shop but I know there's plenty more that are a lot better

Avoid staff No one expects pet store workers to have knowledge on every type of pet care or be a vet but I do expect them to at least admit if they don’t know and not be rude about it. There’s just better ways to say things when people’s pets health may be on the line.

Was helped by the most helpful gal on the phone just now. The store is only 4/5 bc it's pricey but she is defs a 5/5. (I thought my fish tank filter was missing a piece, it wasn't)

Staff was not helpful. Had no problem talking to someone a friend by the sound of what I heard and serving customers but disregarding the customer while doing so. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Small shop, ok for basic needs. Doesn't have many things in stock. Probably better off going to one of their bigger stores.
