I have been having my tax done by Franz for years. He always takes the time to discuss my financial plans as well as doing my return. Excellent customer service from both he and Anne.

Make sure you read all the reviews and comments prior to seeing this tax agent as he is known to be rude and those who have told the truth about their bad experiences have gotten the same response back claiming they had never been a client. With so many good tax agents out there, find someone who treats the customer with respect.!
Franz at Nowra Taxation Service has been doing my tax for a few years. He and his staff have done a great job and have been able to maximise my returns.
This was the worst account i have ever used he was rude and seemed to be incompetent. Your adherence to law answer is irrelevant if i understood tax law i would not need an accountant. How about answering questions or explaning things in an understandable manner? Incompetent is all that can be said about your business.
Franz and Anne are so professional, I love how I only have to attend an appointment and just sign the document as I always know that Franz has everything under control and he knows that I don't get everything about tax, but he always treats me with complete respect regardless of this...I have been with them for years and would never go elsewhere..also love Millie (therapy dog, unofficial)..she helps me relax...thank you so much Nowra Taxation Service...Jan
A very poor accountant I was told by a friend not to go there and should have listened he was unable to answer our questions properly and was extremely rude. we will definitely never be back.
