Having to evolve from just selling DVDs and CDs, the store now stocks so much more. There’s TV, movie and music memorabilia, puzzles, books, pop vinyls, some electronics and so much more. Having not bothered to go in for afew years, I was pleasantly surprised at the adaptation. The sales assistant was very cheery and attentive also which was nice to see

Staff excellent and helpful. Only dislike is DVDs are all in Pike's at the front to buy but no order so it would mean a long time flicking through them all to find what you want. Really good choices though.
Staff are great. Helpful and knowledgeable on all store products. Young fella that works here should have his own review show . He knew his s#t. Great range of music, movies, games and puzzles along with some cool knick knacks at a fair price range keep me coming on back.

very rude staff last time I have been there and I have been a customer for years . I see why people buy online. never going back to sanity in nowra again i'll go to shellharbour from now on
I pre orded truth and paid in full, but did not get a message it was in store i went in today, handed over my recipt and said i had pre orded the cd but did not recive a call, the girl took the recipt the other girl said to her is that the one the ph number was wrong, she said nothing and asked for my ph number i proceeded to give it to her but i said it to quick so i slowed it down for her she tapped on the computer put the cd in a bag and handed it to me, and said nothing how rude she was shecould have apologised as had the wrong number they are the ones that type in the number. I will never shop there again i will drive to shellharbour.

Good music store. Unfortunately trying to find a staff member over 12 with knowledge of...what I was told is.... " old peoples music dude.." Is near impossible
