It is with absolute pleasure that I write this review. We engaged Novam to design and project manage the initial stages of our renovation. From start to finish, it was a very positive experience. Novam worked in partnership to understand our needs, desires and tastes, resulting in a design that is both beautiful and functional. The resulting home is light and spacious. The proportions are generous and satisfying. Novam worked throughout our project with council and ensured we achieved our goals, but also set our expectations accurately as to what could be achieved within the Council rules and practices. Finally, his working documentation was exceptional. Towards the end of the project, our builder (a fastidious individual) highlighted to us that the plans he had been given were the best and most accurate of any he had worked with.

We had the privilege of recently using Novam Design Studio at the suggestion of our builder who highly recommended their services. We approached Novam Design Studio to assist us with ideas and plans for some structural renovations in our home. We were extremely pleased with their professional, courteous and efficient service.. Their on-site inspection produced an amazing design that blended with our existing home, so much so, that the new addition looks like it was always meant to be there and did not stand out as an add-on or after thought. Plans were prepared promptly and precisely and there was constant clear and concise communication so that we fully understood the proposed new works and how the finished work would look.They listen to what you want, ensuring an amicable result is achieved. We would have no hesitation in recommending Novam Design Studio to anyone who wishes to utilise their services and would without doubt engage them again in the future should we have the need for further renovations.
I have used Novam on a number of projects. As a builder we have completed numerous projects together and really brought the plans to life with fantastic results and satisfied clients. I also engaged Novam to design my house (basically a Knock down rebuild) and my parter and i were really happy with the result. I would happily recommend Novam to any future client or friend.
We chose Novam Studios to design an extension for our house. Eyal came up with ideas that we hadn't even imagined would work and the result was fantastic. He was there from start to finish and was helped us every step of the way getting through council even thought we were going over FSR. He recommended our builder who we were also extremely happy with. I highly recommend Novam Studios for any architectural work and would definitely use them again.
I found very little professionalism and integrity working with Eyal and Novam Design. It was one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. I would never recommend his services.
Eyal has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and brings a level of professionalism and collaborative idea sharing that we have not seen before. His ongoing patience and top quality service and advice is reflected in the outstanding results that Novam delivers. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Novam redeisgned our entire house from top to bottom around the way we live, fantastic from start to finish.
