Exceptional service. The pharmacist who assisted me, Lisa, was friendly and empathetic.

The pharmacy provides excellent customer service and really goes above and beyond to assist patients. I witnessed a patient being served by the pharmacist, and was told that the medication was out of stock. The pharmacist then identified another pharmacy (not affiliated with them) with stock available and directed the patient there. My faith is restored in humanity and I know that this pharmacy is not just about the business, but primary patient care. Very impressed with the staff at this pharmacy.
To be fair, there's an Asian guy who is pretty nice and friendly and he greets every guest. On the other hand, there's also an Indian dude (with bindi) who provides not so good customer service. He doesn't wear the uniform like other staffs so maybe he has a different job title. But...what do you mean "it's not a signature" when I signed the receipt a little bit fast for my credit card purchase? Besides, how difficult it is to put the receipt "completely" into the bag and hand the bag to me? If you wanna work in Australia, at least keep your service at Australian standards.
This pharmacy charges for certifying documents and the staff have very little understanding of customer service. I was spoken to in the most appalling tone and treated with little dignity when I questioned the fee for service. The pharmacist had little concern for their social responsibility. Profits over people. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I went into this pharmacy about four weeks ago and was followed around the store by one of the sales assistants. She asked me if she could help me and i explained that i was looking for a particular Manuka Honey Throat spray. I picked up one brand and went to see if it was a spray or a tincture and accidentally tore the edge of the box, to which the girl said "oh look you ripped my box" i assured her it was an accident and that i didn't see the seal. She then hovered over me for about five minutes watching my every move, trying to bully me into buying the product. I told her that i was fine and just looking and she continued to follow me around the store. Some other customers came into the store and she attended to them, i looked over to her and said "I'll give this product a try" and to walked over to the register. There was a huge line so i decided to put the product back on the shelf with some other similar products rather than waiting. I then walked out of the store. About 30 second later and the same assistant came running after me, she asked me where the product was that i had been holding in my hand, i told her i put it back on the shelf, she then asked me to come back and show her where it was and a happily did so, to which she gave me smarmy look as if i had had inconvenienced her. I am an Aboriginal Australian, it occurred to me after leaving the store, that i had been racially profiled and that assumptions were made about my character based on my physical appearance, namely that i would steal something because i am Aboriginal. I returned to the store two days later and demanded a written apology and phone call from the owner of the store and from the person in question to which i have received no response. I would strongly discourage people from going to this pharmacy for fear that they may also encounter the same horrible racist treatment. Disappointing that this would occur in 2015.
Very unpleasant customer service all round. Products not restocked for a while. Doesn't take much to offer half decent service if that's what you're there for. There are way better pharmacies nearby. Last thing you want are demeaning attitudes when coming in not feeling well. Disappointed.
Great service from a very nice woman. Not sure what all the complaints are about.
The Indian guy was pretty helpful! Would like to visit again, thank you very much!
