If you are after a meal plan designed specifically for you? this is not the place. Safe yourself money and visit eatforhealth. gov .au/guidelines and download Healthy eating for adults - Brochure because this is exactly what they are going to give you to follow. I had 3 consultations, even complaint about getting information that is available for free on a web site and still got the same answers, just follow the guidelines. Waste of money and my time
