Went to the service centre today for my one year service. Lovely people, who are upfront about the inclusions, happy to answer questions and keep you informed. Free coffee, and even better - a free shuttle service, dropping me home and then picking me up from home to get my car later - the driver was very personable, had a great chat, very friendly. All around very happy with the service. Services can become a daunting thing sometimes, and you can be wary of extra charges and so on but with these guys they were communicative and helpful. Very trustworthy.

If you are looking for a first class car buying experience then this place is it! I was doing a ring around and started to wonder if anyone actually wanted to sell me a car!!! I would not have made my purchase, if it was not for Sun at Northside Hyundai. Sun is friendly, professional, informative and interested to understand your needs on top of all that, he is genuine, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I have not experienced such excellent customer service and clear communication when buying a car. From the phone conversation to entering the dealership, to the test drive, to the sales process. Car sales people across the land could take a leaf out of Sun’s book, he really is the best of the best. A special mention to Lina and Lachlan, along with Sun, they also made me feel like royalty. Northside Hyundai sales team tops any other dealer out there.

Had an excellent experience with Michael from Northside Hyundai - professional, knowledgeable and personal, we would happily buy our next car from him again. The only “negative” part of our experience had to do with the finance team, we felt incredibly pressured to add extras & do finance through the dealership when we would have loved some time to think about it. Still, for a first experience buying a brand new car I think it was fantastic and kudos to Michael for his communication and all around pleasantness to deal with!

John Drewett from the finance team was also fantastic in providing me the best finance deal.
