Was good , but since Dr shilpa’s husband took control the reception it got worse. I’ve been there for 5 years but I got very disappointed since last two year. Never claims the right amount from my private insurance and not flexible, Reception asked me to ask for leave during school day for my child’s treatment. If you pay cash, he won’t give you the receipt. Dr Shilpa is good but she doesn’t work full time now.

My son had chipped his front tooth the day before his Formal, they were able to see him and then book him in on the day and did a fantastic job filling his tooth in time for his Formal. I really appreciate that they tried to fit him in considering it was last minute , very friendly .

I'm just reading through reviews to see if it's worth going here but it just seems anyone who doesn't like your standards or is simply giving an honest review about their experience that isn't five stars you slander, say you'll "instigate defamation", be rude ,say you "don't recall that person" or just have a plain horrid attitude instead of being able to take criticism or perhaps apologize and higher your standards. Don't get into this business if you do not or cannot treat people with respect and polite costumer service.

Very professional and friendly environment. All my interactions with the staff have been positive, and the dental work I received was thorough. Another local dentist had told me that my teeth were fine and cavity free, but I wanted a second opinion, and Northside found them instantly without provocation. Don't bother with other local dentists, Northside are the ones you can trust.

Do you remember when you were a child and you misbehaved to an extent significant enough to receive a "I'm not angry I'm just disappointed" from your parents? Do you remember a time when you were bursting with excitement on Christmas morning, eagerly awaiting the unwrapping of your first present, only to see a pair of low quality socks unveil themselves as your hands remove the wrapping paper? The socks then fall lifelessly to the floor, personifying your broken, now soulless heart. Take these two feelings, multiply them together, and put that on the biggest dose of steroids known to man; now you've reached about 10% of my level of disappointment. Certain husband and wife duos have become infamous throughout history, for example Cleopatra and Julius Caesar. The husband (receptionist) and wife (dentist) duo at this practice will no doubt shatter world records for 'greatest level of incompetence' and 'best counterfeit qualifications from inside a cereal box'. If your ideal intra-mouth environment involves no teeth, then swiftly book yourself into northside family dental. If you are more inclined to have your teeth remain in your mouth and infection free, then think retrospectively to the childhood game "the floor is lava" and change the game to "northside family dental is lava" and stay the heck away.

Excellent service and friendly staff. We have seen Dr Sonal Magar for a number of years now and she has always taken care of the entire family. She listens and cares, and I'm a bit of a cry baby when it comes to the dentist, but she is great. Highly recommend her and the staff for all your family dentistry needs and appreciate her advice.
