Best decision we made for improving our family's outdoor living space was getting Precision Doors out for a quote. We have just completed a major project with Precision Doors & Windows where they replaced all of our windows and doors throughout our house. From the outset, we were promised 130% and we are very happy with the result. Dugald answered all our questions in a timely fashion and at all hours of the day. He truly cares about the client and made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. Great service. Excellent advice given during initial consultation, helped produce a superior result. Installation far earlier than estimated. Installation was very professional and done exactly to the schedule proposed. There was a small issue with one door, but it was dealt with immediately and entirely to our satisfaction. Cannot fault the service or the result. Would definitely recommend and likely to use again ourselves.
