Terrible after sales service. Having spent thousands on a lift we would expect them to be able to fix any issues. Have waited 2 months and lift still not fixed due to part 'taking a month to arrive from overseas'. When the part finally arrived they still took another month to get a technician here to fix it. When he arrived it turned out it was a simple fix and we didn't need the part. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

Absolutely disgraceful our lift has never run properly every time a service man comes out we are ringing back with another problem. If you get stuck in the lift you have to wait hours for someone to come and get you out or they tell you that you need to get yourself out
This company is an Australian manufacturing company and therefore we probably need to support it. However, its after sales service is abysmal. They charge 350 for a simple maintenance visit. I will do the job myself!
Not even worth one star this company. If I had a choice I wouldn't buy any thing from them. No after sale service at all.

0 star. Do not buy from this company they have no after sales service. So if things go wrong you can kiss your money goodbye, and have to pay someone else to repair.
We have had the Mater Lift now for almost 5 years and are perfectly happy with its design and function. It is fairly expensive to have the yearly service done, but as we can not do it ourselves we have always had it serviced through their service personnel. However, we have now been waiting for days for a technician to repair the lift. As it is entirely used by an 88 year old gentleman, I find it extraordinary, that they will not send someone out until another week. As we phoned them once again today, we overheard that the female on the phone was prompted by a man in the background. How peculiar! All our pleas to speak to a manager have fallen on deaf ears. This is the very worst after-sales service that I have ever encountered not to mention the total lack of sympathy towards a senior citizen who relies on this lift to get him out and about.
We ordered our lift in Feb 2017 and it is now January 2018 and we still don't have an operational lift. Worst experience ever, do not use this company.
