Over half of the external links for "useful" information relating to the RSA course do not work. The fail to provide information about the requirements for the video assessment. I highly recommend against using CTA training "specialists" as it is just one long fustraighting process and they just make it more difficult then what it needs to be when providing information regarding requirements (no requirements are on the assessment). The only information i was provided was the theme of the video (refusing service to an intoxicated patron) and when i can expect to hear a response nothing about things i had to mention (laws, pointing at signs etc). I believe my review is fair.

I enrolled (paid) in a RMLV Course and on the very next day needed to cancel it because no longer needed the course. I contacted Club Training via Live Chat and spoke to Emily first. She was really helpful and understanding. She gave me the Admin direct number to complete my request. I then called them and spoke to Erin and then Bee and to be surprised they both were super friendly and attended to my request promptly. What I thought would be a bureaucratic and tiring negotiation ended up being the easiest and most pleasant conversation ever. I hope they see this feedback. Good job guys, you are doing the right thing. 5*

AMAZING TRAINING! I found the course very simple and straight forward, I had a slight issue uploading my video but the staff was incredibly helpful and walked me through how to upload the video. 10/10 great work guys!!!
