Don’t rate Dr Hugh Allen at all. Twins arrived early at 24 weeks. One died a few days later and 3-4 time Dr Allen advised us to just let our 2nd daughter die. There was no hope and our lives would be ruined. She has just turned 13 and striving. Thank god we didn’t listen to him and got our daughter reviewed at SCH.

Dr Thomas seems a decent, caring doctor, but honestly the difficulty in dealing with the reception/admin side of things with this practice was just not worth it. I wonder if they read these reviews and take any of this on board with so many people saying the exact same thing? I highly doubt they care, as the money keeps coming in and they brush off any criticism due to being a 'busy clinic'. Why don't you show some decency and respect - no one WANTS to come to your clinic, they are doing it out of necessity and often under very challenging circumstances. I really do hope the amount of negative reviews here encourage people to consider looking elsewhere for these type of services. I certainly wish we had looked here first.

Dr Thomas is great, he is a non judgemental doctor and makes me and my 10 year old son comfortable. Unfortunately, It is always very challenging to get in touch with anyone on the reception team. Each time i book an appointment i have to email and call multiple times. I understand this is a busy practice, but its unacceptable to spend so much time and effort booking an appointment. I hope this improves as i would like to continue my sons care with Dr Thomas.

The doctors at this centre (we saw Dr Hugh Allen) are top notch, unfortunately the reception team leave some to be desired in terms of managing an at times busy centre. For us that meant after being told there was a 20-30minute delay we waited over an hour for them to arbitrarily decide to let another lady go ahead of us because "she had somewhere to be". They clearly don't have respect for our time and although they apologised at the time it's not good enough to make decisions like that without consulting the other affected parties (surprisingly we had places to be as well, who knew!). 5 stars for Dr Hugh Allen and 1 star for the front of house bringing an otherwise good centre down.

Dr Thomas is wonderful with all my children. Natalie and Stacy are so helpful with managing our appointments and referrals. It’s a busy practice for a reason.

My son went in for a bad cough. Thankfully it was nothing serious. No prescription. Was told to keep giving honey. Invoice was 320 dollars. the invoice only shows, consultation...really felt like a rip off
