Don't waste your time, phoned, emailed and visited and no response. If Justin exists he doesn't get back to you. He obviously doesn't need the business so do what I did and go elsewhere these guys are a joke.

If i could give zero stars I would as I actually have never been able to comminicate with ‘Justin’. I telephoned was told ‘Justin’ only communicates by email.... uh huh ...ok so I sent an email with photos, measurements, full details on fabric. Nothing for 5 weeks . Then I phoned again and the slightly unintetested young man said ‘Justin’ was sooo busy and he would get back to me. When. Oh sometime he said. Well nothing. My advice forget the elusive ‘Justin’. Go and buy a new sofa instead.
My chairs came up beautifully. Great job. Thanks Justin and crew.
Justin and his team provide an excellent service. The banners that we produce are sewn and hemmed by NBU and they stand the test of time.
