I thought I'd take my bike in for its 48,000 service, What a Massive mistake that was!!! If you care about your bike don't let them get their hands on it!!! I dropped it off at 9 and didn’t picking it up until 10:30 the next morning and walked in to see it on the sizzor jack with oily hand prints on the rear fender and the rest of my bike, unreal, I couldn't believe what has happened to my bike! Then when Gary saw my reaction he asked me if I wanted to get it wiped down? No I don't think so, little late for that mate!! But he was OK with my bike leaving the shop in that state? It was a shocker and maybe a reason why they can’t keep their techs? I own a cvo softail that is kept in immaculate condition and that's how they treat it! Doesn’t matter what your ride is, they should treat it with care! But wait the best is to come, when Gary took it for the road test he took a 40-50mm chunk of paint off the bottom of my frame that I discovered a week later, but of course he denies it, that’s funny though it sure wasn’t there before the service and I know I didn’t do it and no one else road it to my knowledge? It cracks me up when you know your bike from top to bottom as we do, they will still will deny any damage big or small they do! Oh the 1 star is for the HD parts used! Back to Harley Heaven where they care about your ride!!
Third Harley for me. The sales experience here was less than efficient. Everyone is really nice, lovely folks, but that doesn't negate the fact that they forgot to give me the second key fob until I asked, they didn't have the owners handbook and service record (still on order), forgot to get out the original exhausts for me, got my address wrong, my email address wrong, didn't have the rego papers, took a week to transfer the rego on-line, put the colour of the bike in wrong on Services NSW and still haven't corrected it 2 weeks in, kept saying they'd fix things and be in touch and still haven't had a phone call. They keep sending me emails to review them so after two weeks of poor service, I am.
A huge shout out to the service dept staff who went out the way to assist in a warranty issue before returning intestate. The Cafe inside is a great idea and place to sit and wait for bike.

Recently purchased a 2020 Breakout. Could not be happier with the bike and the service from Tim the sales manager and the parts manager for the help with customisation. Recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new HD.
