NEVER AGAIN!!! CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. I had an issue with some lights prior to Christmas,they were very busy but the boss came out to have a look. Identified fault, made some modifications to get us over Christmas, advised that a power point needed replacing and will return to repair original fault. paid 80. cash for call. Called in the new year, tech came out, replaced power point but unable to repair original fault, said previous tech disconnected wiring, didnt know where , will ask boss. Two weeks later receive a invoice 216. for one power point & still same original fault. Call and leave name and number twice, no reply. I go into shop to discuss ,i am told ,not responsible for previous technician, when told THE BOSS was previous tech, he denied having ever being there or taking payment & i still have the original fault. Now hire another electrician to come and fix their stuff up DONT PAY CASH, AND GET AN INVOICE!!!!

This company takes the cake for ripping off its clients. Charged me 132.00 to come out to my office to look at replacing a timer and when we advised them that there services were not required because we discovered the timer was OK they still charged 132.00. For doing absolutely nothing. Be very careful who use & get a quote in writing first before they go to your premises & also check there call out charges. This is totally not fair.
