These guys are great! My daughter accidentally broke the tip off my beloved Global knife (cutting frozen food) during lockdown. I emailed them to see what could be done and they very generously replaced it for me. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Shameful! I was in there waiting for them to look up information about a product as they didn’t know if it was induction or not and my 6yo daughter was busting to go to the toilet and they wouldn’t let her. No decency at all!
