This is the best mechanic I have ever been to, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. Darren and the team are understanding, meticulous, thoughtful and professional, their work is always great value and has lasted the test of time, every time. I first went for a general service, and as my love for my car grew, I commissioned them to do a complete engine swap and overhaul (no small job), and in both occasions, the service was absolutely top quality and great value, no job too big or too small. I literally cannot recommend this place enough

My friend recommended this place to me, and said that they were friendly, honest, and above all, good with cars. He wasn't wrong. I took my car here for a long-overdue service and it could have been a nasty bill, but the guys here were honest and only went ahead with the maintenance that was absolutely necessary. My car is running perfectly now. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.
The capable and trustworthy experts at action service station have given me the best experience I could have asked for, at a time that I really needed it. Getting my baby back on the road when some thought it was done for and making this endeavour affordable to me, I cannot thank them enough. Thank you Darren and Team!
I'm so happy I found this place. Darren and his team are quick and thorough with repairs, they always keep me informed about what they're doing, and they go above and beyond what I expect. They're also super friendly which is a huge bonus. I will never take my van anywhere else.
Got my Toyota Camry serviced here. Darren was very professional and did an amazing job with my car! Very glad I took my car here and wouldn't go anywhere else!
AVOID. Expensive work done without authorization (see past review from Johny Simpson with same issue). Car left leaking badly after. When I gave them the car I told them where I SUSPECTED the leak was coming from, and asked them to diagnose it. I did not say go ahead and replace that gasket at any cost without calling me, but that is what happened. Oil was still POURING out of the car after the work (see photos taken after). I appreciate that they more thoroughly examined the car when I complained, but they blamed me for poor communication, said they’d “look after” me, and quoted me 2730 to fix the issue they didn’t diagnose, discuss or repair before. I asked for that quote in writing, and they scribbled it on a notepad with some other company’s letterhead. I took it to my Dad's mechanic instead, and got two oil leaks repaired plus a timing belt replaced for 610.
