Went into this store on the weekend and found it to a fun relaxed place, the staff were amazing fun and helped me to relax and his product knowledge was spot on. ”Gold star Glen” was amazing. ️️️️️. That’s where the fairy tail part of this story ends. I went back on Tuesday night.....never ever again! She was patronising to me, and rude and nasty to my friend who has poor english. She must have been busy doing nothing because when I asked for help, I felt like I should pay her just to get up. She had minimal product knowledge of any of the things I asked about talked down to me like I was a child or mentally stunted and walked off twice mid conversation. Never again! Negative 5 stars.
