My wife and I hunted for a new car through the web and by walking through every dealership in the local area and narrowed the vehicle down to two options primarily based on online reviews. We went to the two competing dealerships and going in we could have gone either way but Celine from Wollongong City Motors was amazing. Celine was very knowledgeable, attentive, and she spoke with us like a friend, not a salesperson. Over the course of a week we'd had two vastly different experiences, and Celine was simply amazing. We would highly recommend that anyone wanting to buy a Hyundai or Honda in Wollongong talk to Celine before making a decision, you won't be disappointed. We are very happy with the price and absolutely love our new car!

In my search for a car I was so impressed by Tim Manners at this dealership. From my initial online enquiry, within minutes Tim was contacting me and had prepared a special video presentation introducing himself and a thorough walk around of the car, going through all its features and its condition. This was super fantastic as I live just under 5 hours away, and it made it all very personal. I had many questions but Tim treated each of my calls and all of my concerns with honesty and clarity but in a genuine caring manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I recommend Tim to anyone searching for a car.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the Honda service department. Last year we received notification of a recall for a malfunctioning part . We were booked in, showed up after receiving a reminder, only to be told that the part had not arrived. Re booked, were sent another reminder, showed up, only to be told that the parts were not available in Australia. Honda repair time is costed, ours is not. Wasted trips, arranged pickups in vain, valuable time lost. “ We will do it when you come in for your regular service.” No further communication about the recall. In May last year we had a dead battery in a Honda Odyssey. They took a week to get a replacement battery. Last week we brought the Honda Odyssey in for its scheduled service. Went to collect it at the agreed time. The service desk person couldn’t find the car. After 15 minutes, I was told that the vehicle was in the washing bay and would be ready, cleaned and vacuumed in another 20 minutes. Because I had another appointment, I had to get transport immediately and told her I would be back in two hours. When the car was picked up, it had not been washed or vacuumed so I lost another two hours of my life for nothing. When I got the phone call asking about the level of service, I was told that the Service Manager would contact me. Still waiting. In short, I would not suggest buying a Honda in Wollongong to anyone. The sales staff were helpful but the service department needs a MAJOR overhaul.

Very happy with this service department. They always are courteous and knowledgable. Just had a job done under warranty, a major job on my HRV Honda and couldn't be happier. Brianna is a great asset to this business, polite a nd respectful and goes beyond for customers. Pricing is good too on servicing

Yes, I have had problems with the audio box. Yes, I have been very frustrated at times This was not the fault of the dealership who have, at all times, been extremely professional and helpful and did everything possible to sort the problem out. They stayed in contact all the time and everything was done with a cheerful smile The problem hopefully has now been resolved A big thank you to all the staff for the attention and detail that you afforded me

A new location and driveway exit and entry not clearly marked. No signs about where to go and when I entered the reception area absolutely no one there to direct me as to where to go to hand in keys. When I picked up my car I had a discrepancy with an area of my car to be fixed and apparently the mechanic said a third party was involved and was not covered by warranty which was not true as I look after my car. Definitely not happy with service.
