Super impressed with this company. Booked a shipping from Barrack Point NSW to Sydney CBD arrived the next day...morning! Australia Post don't service around Barrack Point and Toll was impossible to get a hold of. Great pricing and customer service is on point. Will definitely be using again for our staff who resides in this area.
We shipped off an urgent job with bubble wrap and FRAGILE tape wrapped around it, so its very obvious. The place that it got delivered to opened it up after receiving it and the entire job was warped and dinged up from the couriers inadequate care. I've since had to remake the job which has annoyed the customer. Will never be using this business again and I advise others to not use them either.
I was delighted with the personalised service of this family-run company who took so much care and went out of their way to deliver my lost wallet to me 2 hours away. And they did not charge me a premium for it. Everything was there and intact! Highly recommend.

Was sitting behind a Barnett Courier driver at a set of lights when I noticed that his vehicles back doors flaps which were made of heavy duty plastic were not strapped together and parcels sitting right a the edge on the back parcel tray. I would think twice about using this company because they don't seem to care if your parcels are protected
