Mike came out and checked out the three heaters in our first home purchase, to test them for safe operation. A super friendly dude, with a really thorough approach. He arrived on time, explained things to us really clearly, and was really clean with his work. A high level of care from start to finish was very obvious. We couldn't be happier with our experience with the company. IN ADDITION - since this review, we gladly used the team again to install an air conditioner in our house. Again, the team were super professional and as always maintained their high standards. Cannot fault these guys, and will continue using them for years to come. Very happy customer.

I spoke with Ben initially, he was very friendly and polite and gave many recommendations. once we set a date for the installation of my Gas Ducted Heating. the installation crew arrived on time, they were a great team and very professional in the way they not only behaved but how they finished a job. Always cleaned after the activity. very friendly and respectful when they entered into your home. I totally recommend this company.

We got a couple of quotes to replace our old LPG ducted heating system with an new 6 star system. The service from the outset of contact with North West was excellent. The site visit and detailed quotation was quick. The advice from Ben was perfect as he listened to how we used the house. As it is a big house that does not all need to be heated all the time he advised that we could have 3 temperature controlled zones that could be operated independently, or together. This was critically important because of the cost of LPG. The other quote we had was a cookie cutter solution, light on detail and they were not interested in listening to how we used the home. The other quote was cheaper, but would have been a bad expensive choice as the common area would always need to be heated, whether used or not, and only one temperature control. Installation was quick, and the installers were excellent. Glad we accepted North Wests quote, and look forward to a trouble free system. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

The biggest of thanks to Mark and the install team. Plenty of units to choose from the first quote. From the day we had our quote visit to the install day, it couldn’t have gone better particularly that I’m not very mechanically minded. Everything explained in everyday speak as well as seemless communication from quotation to the day of install. Clean & tidy and a friendly bunch to have in and around the house for a few hours. With over 20 years in retail experience myself, they are highly recommended and I’ll be telling everyone to see these guys!!
