Stay Away !!! Extremely painful process, nobody returns phone calls or e-mails, we have chased up several times and still no luck. Our financier has been paid out however the balance due to us has just 'disappeared' with no response from Rentsure. Our Caravan was towed away and sold to a salvage company without us ever agreeing. I'll be complaining to APRA
Ask what market value is. For our van via camplify premium insurance rentsure offered 10000. We had previously had cover for 20000 due to extras and upgrades. Didn’t find out till needed to make claim that significantly under insured. Now trying to ask for review with evidence of vans for sale that are all more than offered value except one renovators delight. Not had any correspondence at all from them to my appeal. Pay the little bit extra and get agreed value so you know where you stand.
