One of the oldest Hindi temples. Nice ambience. One of the unique characteristics of this place is that it attracts a lot of mainstream Australians as well. The prayers held on Sunday around noon is a must watch. You will get a lot of inner peace participating in the prayers.
I was always too scared to go for dinner, but after making the plunge it is great! Everything you would expect, super low-key, think plastic chairs. Hot vegetarian food in huge portions and super friendly people everywhere. It's surprisingly quite to sit outside and enjoy and early dinner on a warm night.
Peaceful takes away all your stress
Lord Krishna Hindu Temple maintained by Iskon. As all Iskon Temples are set up with glamorous theme similarly this temple is also colourful with a hall and opposite to core temple, icon of Shri Prabhupad, founder of Iskon is established. Temple is having own website from where all a activities and information is published. On Sunday, there is always great feast where many devotees from all around Sydney gather to Chant Hare Krishna Mantra. Temple is distributing free food to homeless at regular routine.
Nice and peaceful place to enjoy Krishna bhagan's and Arti.
Pure bliss and feels like home.
